The Muslims pray five times a day and the prayer that falls on the second number during daytime is dhuhr prayers. Dhuhr prayer benefits are extremely large in number because not on through religious reading but through the actual words of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) we find out that offering Dhuhr prayers is an excellent way of getting closer to God and being blessed by his forgiveness and mercy. Dhuhr prayer benefits are not just confined to health and daily routine but they also cater to your religious and spiritual needs.
Dhuhr Prayer – Way to avoid Hellfire
Dhuhr prayer is offered at around the time that is right after mid noon and voluntary Nawafil can be offered along with the regular prayer/namaz. The blessings that we can seek after praying at this time are so many because of the fact that it is the time of the day when everyone is busy with their everyday chores and jobs. They have to make a voluntary effort to actually offer the Dhuhr prayers and get the Dhuhr prayer benefits in the end.
The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said himself that:
Whoever observes the practice of performing four Rakat before Zuhr prayer and four (2 sunnah, 2 Nafl) after the Dhuhr prayer, Allah will send him against the Fire (of Hell). (Tirmidhi).
This basically means that the biggest one of the Dhuhr prayer benefits is that it can actually save you from the hellfire on the day of judgment.
On another occasion, the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) mentioned that:
This is an hour at which the gates of heaven are opened, and I like that my good deeds should rise to heaven at that time. (Tirmidhi).
This means that offering the Dhuhr prayer right on time will actually make you get closer to Allah and all the good deeds that you have performed would be sent directly to the heavens and to Allah. This really shows us the importance of Dhuhr prayer benefits and how much necessary it is for each one of us to be regular with our prayers, all five of them and not just the Dhuhr prayers.
All these things that have been said above and have also been directly quoted as the words of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) are a true example of how important it is to offer your prayers and that too on time. Laziness in offering prayers might get you some benefit but if for example you delay your dhuhr prayer and offer them later, maybe the Dhuhr prayer benefits and the rewards that Allah would give you might not be that big. We should all try our level best to try and perform just as the way it has been mentioned in the Quran so, it is equally important to pray five times and not miss the Dhuhr prayers when it is time to offer them as the Dhuhr prayer benefits a is like a big see that seems to have no end.

Whoever observes the practice of performing four Rakat before Zuhr prayer and four (2 sunnah, 2 nafl) after the Dhuhr prayer, Allah will send him against the Fire (of Hell). (Tirmidhi)
“I performed along with the Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H) two Rak`ah of optional prayers before Zuhr and two after the Zuhr (noon prayer), and two after the Friday prayer, and two after the Maghrib prayer, and two after the Isha prayer.” [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
Aishah (Radi Allahu Anha) reported: If the Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) could not perform four Rak’ah before Dhuhr prayer, he would perform them after it (i.e., after the obligatory prayer). [At-Tirmidhi]
